Passed away on Sunday 11th September 2011 at Cairns Base Hospital. Loving Husband, Father, Father in law, Brother, Brother in law, Grandfather and Uncle.

All Fredrick's Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service on Friday 23rd September 2011, at Cairns Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories, 19 Pease St Manunda commencing at 10.30am.
