Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 29th March 2011. Aged 32 years. Dearly loved daughter of Stephen and Donna. Loving Mother to Tamigon.

All Jade's Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service which will be held at the Cairns Funeral Directors Chapel, 19 Pease Street, Manunda on Tuesday 5th April 2011 commencing at 11am. Prior to the Service there will be a viewing commencing at 10:30am.
