Om Prakash Yadav 13th October 1948 to 17th December 2010

Late of Freshwater, passed away peacefully on Friday 17th December 2010 at Cairns Base hospital. Aged 62. Dearly loved by his loving Family, Jessica, Hannah, Ryan and Frances.

All Om's Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service which will be held at the Freshwater Church, Brinsmead Rd, Brinsmead on Thursday 23rd December 2010 commencing at 5pm.
