Here are a few extracts from letters families have written to us after we have handled funerals for them, expressing their appreciation of our work. We call these "letters from friends" because that is what they really are. As Funeral Directors, we meet people often at one of the worst moments in their lives, and we have the opportunity to support them and help them through a difficult time. In the process we become friends.

A big Thankyou to Cairns Funeral Directors, Pease St, Manunda. The old John Chesser Funeral Parlour, who were so helpful when my father passed on. Now owned by Janette, Dave and Alisha, out do in being so helpful, explaining all that is, was, needed to be done, and in doing everything that needed to be done, and in doing everything that needed to be done for the Cremation of our Mother. All our family had to do was just be there, and if anything they made it a wonderful thing. Their "We Care" is a true outcoming of what they do. These people have made everything so easy for our family, they are more like part of the family whilst they are doing their "Job" even following up to see if all is OK, and how we are coping.
